TheForexBuddy publishes forex and gold market analysis, and signal alerts (entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels) via Telegram, along with weekly written analysis. The Service is educational and informational only.

Nothing published by TheForexBuddy constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. 4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute, resell, screenshot-and-repost, or share paid content or channel access with non-subscribers. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheForexBuddy and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content we publish.
